At Ligamentsoudetox, we are committed to providing high-quality indoor plants and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for our products.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of live plants, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We want to ensure that every plant arrives healthy and in excellent condition. If you receive a plant that is damaged or unhealthy upon arrival, please contact us immediately.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your plant
  • The plant must be in its original condition with original packaging if possible
  • The plant must show signs of damage or poor health that existed at the time of delivery
  • You must provide photographic evidence of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Plants that have been damaged due to improper care after delivery
  • Plants that have been repotted or modified
  • Plants showing signs of damage from environmental factors in the customer's home
  • Plants that have been significantly altered from their original condition

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order information and a detailed description of the issue
  3. Include clear photographs showing the problem
  4. Wait for our response and return authorization
  5. Follow our instructions for returning the plant if approved

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned plant. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different plant, please return the original plant following our return process and place a new order for your desired plant.

Damaged Plants in Transit

If your plant arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photographs. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Replacement of the damaged plant
  • Full refund if replacement is not possible
  • Credit toward a future purchase

Plant Health Guarantee

We guarantee that all plants are healthy and properly packaged when they leave our facility. However, once a plant is in your care, its health depends on environmental factors and care practices that are beyond our control.

If you're experiencing issues with your plant's health, we encourage you to contact us for care advice before requesting a return. Often, plant health issues can be resolved with proper care adjustments, and we're here to help you succeed with your indoor plants.
